1. Who we are

This site belongs to Daria Zhmud, a self-employed AI production professional registered in Russia (taxpayer ID 410550699615), owner of the And Media Production project (the "Studio"). For any privacy request write to hello@andmediaprod.com.

2. What we collect

The site collects personal data in one place: the quote form. You submit your name, email address and a description of your task. For traffic stats we run cookieless analytics (Umami) on the Studio's own server — it sets no cookies, does not store your IP address, and shares nothing with third parties. The site runs no advertising trackers.

3. Why we collect it

• to reply to your inquiry and prepare a quote;
• to negotiate and perform a production contract with you;
• to keep a record of inquiries in the Studio's CRM.

4. Legal basis

We process the form data on the basis of your consent, which you give by submitting the form, and, once we work together, to perform the contract.

5. Where the data lives and how long

Form submissions go to the Studio's own server and CRM (hosted in Russia) and to Trello, which the Studio uses to track inquiries. We keep the data while we process your inquiry or work together, then delete it on request or when it stops being needed. We sell no data and share it with no one else, unless the law requires it.

6. Your rights

You can ask what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw consent at any time. Write to hello@andmediaprod.com; we answer within 10 business days. EU and UK residents also hold the rights the GDPR grants, including the right to complain to a supervisory authority.
